If the jewelry is in stock: Your selected piece will be reserved exclusively for you. It will be removed from stock, sterilized, and prepared for your scheduled appointment.
If the jewelry is not in stock: We will order it from the factory on your behalf. Production & delivery may take from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the brand, so please plan your appointment accordingly.
