All purchased jewelry is only available for pick-up and installation at our studio. Jewelry cannot be shipped directly to you.
Jewelry Availability
If the jewelry is in stock: Your selected piece will be reserved exclusively for you. It will be removed from stock, sterilized, and prepared for your scheduled appointment.
If the jewelry is not in stock: We will order it from the factory on your behalf. Production & delivery may take from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the brand, so please plan your appointment accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and accepted by the factory.Refunds & Changes
Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is final and cannot be modified.
Studio Policy
