All purchased jewelry is only available for pick-up and installation at our studio. Jewelry cannot be shipped directly to you.
Jewelry Availability
If the jewelry is in stock: Your selected piece will be reserved exclusively for you. It will be removed from stock, sterilized, and prepared for your scheduled appointment.
If the jewelry is not in stock: We will order it from the factory on your behalf. Production & delivery may take from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the brand, so please plan your appointment accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and accepted by the factory.
Refunds & Changes
Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is final and cannot be modified.
Studio Policy
At the studio, no cash/card refunds are provided. Store credit is available for unused jewelry before installation.
Final Sale After Installation
Once jewelry has been installed, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns — for safety and hygiene reasons.
