Production & delivery may take from 2 to 12 weeks depending on the brand, so please plan your appointment accordingly. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and accepted by the factory.

Refunds & Changes
Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order is final and cannot be modified.

At the studio, no cash/card refunds are provided. Store credit is available for unused jewelry before installation.
